The aim of scheduling, monitoring and site management (SMM) is to organise and harmonise the basic tasks of studies and works, as well as the actions of the various parties involved. The SMM is divided into several stages:
Study phase: detailed analysis of contract parts, plans and technical specifications (CCTP) provided by the Project Management team. It takes into account the constraints of the site, and the formalities necessary for the construction works to be carried out.
Preparation phase: during this phase, the SMM team sets up the organization of the worksite with the contractors. It determines the planning and coordination over time of construction studies.
Construction work phase: coordination meetings are organized and prepared with the different contractors. In parallel, the SMM updates the planning, it monitors the works control, supplies and choice of materials.
Works acceptance phase: the team assists the project manager in the preparatory visits and is present at the acceptance of works.
