CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE
We act as an interface between the project management team and the project owner when the latter does not have the necessary skills or resources to develop and monitor the programme, from the drafting of the specifications to the supervision of the works and its completion.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We guarantee the architectural respect, the budget and the conformity to all relevant regulations of a project during its construction, including the drafting of written documents, management of calls for tenders, establishment of works contracts, works schedules, control of technical studies…
SCHEDULING, MONITORING AND SITE MANAGEMENT
Allows all the measures to be implemented in order to control the construction completion deadline, coordinate the intervention of the various trades, ensure the human and technical resources provided by all the interveners during the works in order to guarantee the completion objectives.
