SCHEDULING, MONITORING AND SITE MANAGEMENT
allows all the measures to be implemented in order to control the construction completion deadline, coordinate the intervention of the various contractors, ensure the human and technical resources provided by all the interveners during the works in order to guarantee the completion objectives.
